The experience at Baylis Vauxhall Cheltenham was great because I rang to arrange for my car to go in for some work on a Monday morning. I was told it might be looked at that week, but the team was flat out. I had a call 2 days later to say the work was done. Brilliant. Whether the car is fully fixed or not remains to be seen, but it was such a quick and courteous level of service.

Baylis Vauxhall Cheltenham were helpful because Everyone very polite, cheerful and efficient. The only quibble I have is the online check-in that is tedious and a waste of time as the car has to be checked-in on arrival exactly the same as if there were no online check-in. This is absolutely no criticism of the staff at Baylis Cheltenham.
